Shipping

What are my shipping options?

We only ship via USPS. All orders within the Greater Seattle-Portland Metro area/ under 1lb will be shipped using First Class/Ground Shipping. Any orders more than 150 miles away or over 1lb are shipped Priority Flat Rate.

Are there options to expedite shipping?

At this time, we do not have expedited shipping options.

So how long will it take for me to receive my order?

We suggest anticipating 3-9 days after package has been shipped for receipt, this allows you to compensate for internal USPS delays or other situations outside of our control.

How will I know my order shipped?

We will send you an email with tracking information when your package ships.

Do you ship your art prints and other designed items?

Some of our designs are completed by a print on a demand service who not only prints our products but also ships them to you. You will receive an email with your tracking information once item is shipped.

Returns/Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns for printed items only. All crystal-resin, crystal, and other goods that are not printed items can not be returned/refunded at this time unless visibly and irreparably damaged in shipment.

I don't like my custom resin design. Can I return it?

All custom made designs are ineligible for returns and refunds.
